Working with HOPS
Working with HOPS
HOPS and our representatives never charge workers for recruitment.
HOPS encourages you to learn to speak and understand English before you come to the UK. It will make your visit to the UK a much more enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Please read the information booklet and ask your Representative to explain anything you are unsure about.
Please remember working through HOPS is not a holiday; it is hard, physically demanding work, however, it is also important for you to get the most out of your time here.
When you work with HOPS you will benefit from :
- Details about your farm placement including contact details and travel instructions. Your representative can supply this in your own language
- Lycamobile sim cards – 2 sim cards with free calls Lyca to Lyca.
- Useful phone numbers
- Most importantly 12 months NFU Mutual Repatriation insurance – this covers you for the duration of your HOPS placement.
HOPS support- We are here for you should you need us. Our job is to help you get the most out of your experience working here in the UK.
If you are interested in working with HOPS you can apply through one of our Representatives for a seasonal job. We have Representatives based in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary.
